Information on Returns


If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased in our Bragi Webstore for any reason, you have 14 days from the time you received your goods to initiate a return and request a refund.

How do I return?

1) Contact us: Go to the Bragi Support Center to arrange the details for your return.

2) Get your return documents: We will provide you with the necessary return documents and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

3) Pack the box: Print both, the return shipping label and the return documents. Put the return documents and return goods into a box which is suitable for shipping the goods in a way so they do not get damaged. Then stick the return shipping label to the top of the parcel.

4) Ship it back: Please ship it to the provided address by the carrier of your choice and at your expense. Don't forget to keep the shipping receipt you get.

How long does the refund take?
Once we have received the package at our warehouse and we have examined it, we will process your refund immediately (via the same payment method as when you paid). The time it takes for the money to reach your bank account may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
