Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst product experience of my life The experience I have had with the Bragi has been the worst product experience of my life given the price I paid for it and the limited use I got from it. Sadly, looking at some of the reviews on here it appears it is not an uncommon experience so I advise you to purchase another product before you choose to potentially waste a lot of money on something sub par. I was an early adopter of the Bragi soon after it launched its website in 2016. When I first started using it the Bragi was an average product for the price. The feature I liked the most was the ability to add music straight to the internal memory instead of having to carry a phone with you while you were exercising. I was initially excited to use the product. Whilst the earphones were bulky they stayed in my ears. The sound quality wasn't great but a couple of app updates appeared to improve things though not substantially. My enthusiasm soon waned and I stopped using them. In total I used my Bragi about 10-15 times. Around the same time a competitor released a similar (and much cheaper) product which I was also eager to try. I purchased them and they worked seamlessly and overall provided a superior experience. Unfortunately I recently lost one of the earpieces and instead of paying for a replacement pair I remembered I still had my Bragi and thought I would try them again. I had left my Bragi in the original packaging and had little interaction with them since I stopped using them. I charged them again and went to use them however could not get the right earpiece to 'turn on'. I contacted customer service and followed all their direction, but they were not able to resolve the issue. I was then told that because it had been over a year since I purchased the product that I would have to repurchase a new pair (with a discount). Given the price I paid and the limited number of times I used the product, the Bragi has to be the worst product I have ever bought. The positive reviews you read are often the initial reactions people have from using the product and I must say initially I was also very enthusiastic about the Bragi. But given my experience and the response from Bragi I would suggest you consider purchasing an alternative product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Tech Sound quality was fantastic. Right amount of ear filling audio to silence the environment around. Fits in ear quite comfortably and is easy to learn. Tested in a variety of settings from work to gym and the headphones performed very well. No issue with sweat and never once did they move out of my ear while running. It synced easily with my phone and I found it simple to control all of my audio options from YouTube, phone calls or just music. Battery life is fairly good and it the charging case is sturdy. The 4-D feature integrates with simple, natural movements of the head making it a truly hands free and wireless experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Waterproof for swimming! I have had multiple problems with swimming with the dashes. The first time the right dash completely died but I was somehow able to get it working again with an update. The second time both the left and right dash no longer work after two swimming sessions. I have not used these that much except for approximately 6 gym sessions and 8 pool sessions. For a product that is very expensive, I would not advertise these being waterpoof for swimming, you are bound to loos your $400 USD investment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing as promised and bad customer support I backed this project on Kickstarter. The main purpose for me is using The Dash while doing sports (running, biking, swimming). The problems start when having The Dash connected to a phone. I need to have the phone in a certain position at the right side of my body in order to get a Bluetooth connection and then hold my head in a certain position so it is stutter free. So I never got it working while running to have it completely stutter free - first big disappointment! The biggest let down however, is the fact that I cannot read the heart rate information with 3rd party applications (Strava in my case). I was excited about this feature but it is useless for me - second (and biggest) disappointment. The possibility to have Music stored on this device is great. But then having the Music organized by folders (maximum 4 ...) is a big limitations. Then there is no way to actually control your music porperly - no shuffle, no searching for a certain track (not via app nor other controls) so if you prepared your 4 playlists they will always be in the same order... sucks for me that I like to listen to audiobooks but can't search the track where I stopped listening the last time - third big disappointment. Recently, the left and right unit are not connecting to each other anymore, so I can still use the right dash but it does not connect anymore to the left one. After being in touch with bragi, I was told that the units are broken. Furthermore, I was told that since I am Kickstarter backer, the warrenty is only 1 year and therefore, they cannot replace the units but I could buy the Dash Pro instead. Serioulsy? That means being a backer and helped to realize this product means that I get worse conditions than those who bought it later? Not even trying to help or respecting Kickstarter - very dissapointing how they treat us, in particular those who actively helped realizing it. Fourth big disappointment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't work I bought a few months ago a Bragi Dash Pro to gift to my partner. Today I have known rigth dash doesn't work. Apparently, Bragi helpdesk is trying to help but after 2 months, Bragi is dead. Is it normal?. I hope you can help to find a solution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Didn't expect things this futuristic in my lifetim The product is very futuristic, as I have never heard of a 4D menu, especially when referencing earphones. I'm not used to sophisticated technology, so there is a learning curve with these. While super practical, I just like to listen to my music around the house or while taking a walk. I'm not sure why it says perfect fit, as it's not customized to my ear, but I do have to adjust it a little, as it feels like it may slip out, but i've always had issues with earphones. Overall, really cool, sounds good, great technology, sleek design. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stays in your ear! When I first got these headphones I was skeptical if the product would be able to stay in my ear during exercise. I have ran lifted and done household chores with these headphones and they stay in your ear. The sound quality leaves a little to be desired. However the motion detection and interaction with the headphones is a nice feature. I lost one of the Budz and about gave up looking for it until I went to do laundry and found it in one of my pants pockets. I now take the case with me to the gym so that I don’t lose the Budz. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in Class Literally the only negative experience I've had with the product was some difficulty with the update process at the start where my computer would not find the device. Having said that, the Bragi support team was extremely helpful and responsive making it a quick fix. Other than that, my experience with the Dash Pro has been fantastic. The sound quality and microphone both work perfectly and best of all is that they fit very comfortably in my ear, allowing for hours of use at a time. Lastly, the ability to store music straight onto the headphones is great for things like running as it allows you to leave your phone at home. Would recommend for a friend. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product. I got these in the mail a few days ago and I cant say one thing bad about the headphones. I first want to mention the packaging. I love all the details they put into making this product. I’m a huge music person, so knowing that I can workout while listening to my music is huge for me. Not having to worry about my ears hurting or playing with wires. With that being said these are so comfortable, I haven’t had good luck in the past finding good headphones that are comfy, and these are perfect. Love the Bluetooth, love the app as well. Very easy to use once you get the hang of how everything works! You will not be disappointed once you get your hands on these. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Headphones/Experience for True Wireless This product is second to none out in the marketplace. I have personally dabbled in most every audio accessory out there and the combination of True Wireless Audio Quality combined with the next level innovative tech installed in the product leaves you with a high end user experience. The fact that I have had zero connectivity issues on the product is something that I had to bring up with other competitors out there having so many issues. PLUS the addition of Amazon's Alexa tech into the product just shows that they are on the forefront of tech, plus the battery has upheld all of my needs in usage. In the end, definitely get these True Wireless headphones!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I anticipated Great sound and comfortable fit. Has several features that are non-material for the layman user. I was hoping for a lot more on the translation feature, very disappointing - no improvement over google’s translate feature; hence, overal three stars because of the high price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Volume restriction makes them useless outdoors I have tried everything I could but could not overcome the volume limitations set by Bragi. Apparently the limitation is imposed by European regulations. With transparency on or off makes no difference. A bit of street noise, wind, etc makes the Dash Pro virtually useless- can’t hear a thing. I had to relegate them to the bottom drawer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for travelers and sports I had an original pair and gave them to a friend as I used other connected headphones. But the newest product "Pro" really interested me. Great sound, love the features, good battery life and charging case is nice and quick. Use them on planes all the time and I can now recharge my battery during the flight (iphone). Sound quality is very good and have not had anyone say they can't hear me talking. Fit very snug but without any discomfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Music, phone, sports tracker and so much more The Dah Pro was my Christmas present to my daughter and me, i.e. one for each of us ;-) I am extremely happy with mine. It works as announced in the videos I saw before and even better. There is a very solid feeling to it and I can use it for listening to the music that I copied on my Dashes as well as to Spotify and other channels. The sports tracker works perfectly when on the bike, not only the RPM count, but also heart rate and other parameters. The battery keeps for quite a while and the sound quality is excellent. Looking forward to the next OS updates.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Connection is a hassle Sometimes it works but most of it doesn't work again, and I have to reset The Dash, reinstall the firmware or reset the phone. Other times it connects automatically whithout me being possible to prevent that. The internal playlists are great but if it gets interrupted constantly by The Dash spontaneously connecting it is not fun. Other BT headsets don't have this problem. Support is great but it is a hassle to go through them everytime when connection is not working. Activity tracking is not compatible with Nokia Health Mate and therefor useless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for! The Bragi Dash Pro might not be the cheapest product on the market, but it's definetely worth it - at least if you like to listen to music while exercising or moving around for any other reason. At least for me, the fit is great, and the sound quality is better than any other in-ear buds I have tried, especially with the pro-tips. I don't use the fit-sleeves anymore though. I tried them for a little while, but I found that they ruin the sound quality, plus the Dash fits just fine without them. The battery life is also incredible - I have only run out of power once, and I've never run out of power on the charger. The only downside is that the activity tracker doesn't work very well, at least for running: the step and distance counter is always way off, and the pulse doesn't seem to be right either. Still, I would definetely recommend them - in fact I already have to several people!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOVE THEM My husband got me these so I don't have to be attached to my phone at the gym, and they are great. My only complaints is that I have very small ears, and almost none of the covers really help them to fit into my ears. I understand that's something that can't always be accommodated for me. Also, when swimming, I have trouble keeping the headphones in, but honestly it's probably because of my ear size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could Have Been A Contender So I just got these today. Got most of the features figured out. Had a bear of a time getting them to show up in the app and some trouble getting the update done. The app kept showing a demo mode but eventually got that working. Problem was that if you thought it was the actual earbuds you would think nothing was working because it was a demo mode. I recently had and returned The Jabra Elite 65T and the Bose Sound Sport Free. If I had to compare those two and these the Bose Clearly was able to achieve the best sound. (for all 3 to get better volume I used an $10 app with an equalizer that makes a big difference. It's called Kaiser tone and it really helps) However they were to big and bulky and would not stay in my ears well enough for me. The Jabra was good but it had the same flaw these have NOT ENOUGH VOLME !!!!! I want to rock out when working out or listening to music. So here's my opinion. This is my opinion only. The Dash Pro clearly could be the best wireless earbuds ever thought of or made if it wasn't lacking three things. Volume, find my earbud feature and Bluetooth 5.0 like the Jabra have.(And an equalizer in the app) Now on the positive side they're extremely comfortable. Won't fall out and are loaded with unbelievable futuristic features ! So Bragi you can do this I know you can. Your Germans and Germans can make great stuff ! Fix the couple of lacking things an you have the best deign and earbuds ever made !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over rated It is too expensive to have a ear peace to tell you how fast you are going or play music... it does not stay on as it is advertised.. you have chance of it falling of your ear if you are in motion ...Also, you can not use them independently...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! These Bluetooth headphones are much more than your average Bluetooth headphones. The audio quality is a lot better than I expected, especially with phone calls. Some other Bluetooth headphones that I've used in the past have been a bit choppy when using them for phone calls, but not with the Dash. Also, the battery life was exceptional. Normally with wireless headphones I typically put them on the charger after each use just in case, but with the Dash headphones I wasn't as pressed for charging them after each use because the battery life lasted so long. The process to connect these headphones was also super easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend these headphones to friends and I will be using these more than just for working out. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great on the surface, short lifespan, poor support Great features (on paper) with sexy design. I love the gesture controls, LED indicators, audio pass-through, and that the case is a charger. Plus they just look dang cool. However, they don't deliver on all promises. The Bluetooth connectivity can get really fussy, simply by having your phone in the wrong pocket. The charging case is completely unreliable - I often pull them out of my bag to use on my commute and they're completely dead. How can that be? I charge them all day Sunday, my commute is 40min each way and they're dead before Thursday but the claim is 30 hours of playtime? They may have the most features of any true-wireless earbud but that's pointless since they don't deliver well on those features - even moreso considering the price point. I really wanted to love these!
